Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Fresh North Co, we value your satisfaction and aim to make every shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Products must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

All returns must be pre-authorized (see How to Start a Return below).

Due to hygiene regulations, intimate items such as underwear, shapewear, and bras are final sale and non-returnable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Important: Fresh North Co does not offer free returns. All associated costs — including return shipping, customs duties, and restocking fees — are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia (Warehouse address: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China).
2. Exchanges and store credit
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please note:

Exchanges can only be made once per order.

After an exchange has been processed, the replacement item is final and not eligible for further returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Store credit is non-refundable and can only be issued once per order.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia (Warehouse address: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China).
Customers are responsible for:

Selecting a shipping provider that supports customs clearance in China

Paying all customs duties, taxes, and fees

Providing accurate documentation for customs clearance
Fresh North Co is not liable for any return parcels delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues or incorrect shipping methods.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
This fee covers product inspection, processing, and inventory management costs.
The same 15% restocking fee applies to any unopened package, or any parcel that is refused upon delivery or left unclaimed at the post office and automatically returned to us.
This fee helps cover the handling, inspection, and restocking costs associated with processing returned orders.
Exceptions to the Restocking Fee
The restocking fee may be waived only if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
Each case will be reviewed individually.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email care@freshnorthco.com with:

Your order number

The reason for return

A clear photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Your full name and shipping address
Once approved, you will receive the correct return address in Asia.
Do not return the item to the sender’s address — it will not be accepted.
Use a trackable shipping service and ensure that the parcel meets customs regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return successfully clears customs.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
Once delivered, you may still return the item by following the return procedure above.
6. Refunds
If a parcel is refused upon delivery or not collected and automatically returned, the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund.
If applicable, the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
The optional insured shipping selected at checkout is non-refundable.
7. Important Notice
By purchasing from Fresh North Co, you acknowledge and agree that:

Fresh North Co reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions described in this policy.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Fresh North Co cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, our team will gladly assist in coordinating with the courier to help resolve any delivery issues.
8. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout:

We will gladly arrange a free redelivery once the package arrives back at our warehouse and the correct address is confirmed.

As a gesture of goodwill, customers may also receive store credit valid for future purchases.
The credit amount may vary depending on the case assessment.
9. Updates to This Policy
Fresh North Co reserves the right to update or modify this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
