We accept returns within 30 days provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

While international shipping isn’t available at this time, we’re so grateful for your interest, and hope to reach you in the future.

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed, as they are automatically processed. However, orders placed after 6:00 PM (CST) cannot be canceled. Once an order is processed, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process. If you still wish to cancel, you may do so by following our return process after receiving the item.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can update your shipping address by contacting our customer service team. Once your order is processed, changes may not be possible.

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email care@freshnorthco.com with:

– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Shipping takes 7-12 business days within the U.S. Please allow up to 3 additional days for processing before your order ships.

As part of our exclusive warehouse sale, we’re experiencing a higher volume of orders, so your patience means the world to us. We’re doing everything we can to deliver your pieces as swiftly as possible.
